Four weeks ago I guest hosted #CookBlogShare on Recipes Made Easy. I am delighted to tell you that I must have done something right. Kirsty from Hijacked By Twins and Eb at Easy Peasy Foodie have asked me to join them in co-hosting this popular linky on a regular basis. I couldn't be happier and am very proud to be part of the #CookBlogShare team.
Monika from Everyday Healthy Recipes will also be joining the team, so you will see #CookBlogShare here on Recipes Made Easy every 4 weeks or so. I am sure my readers will enjoy seeing some of the other great recipes that other bloggers are posting. So, if you are a blogger I hope to see you linking up your recipes here on Recipes Made Easy.
Baked to Perfection
First, it is time for a round up of my favourite posts from last week. This is by far the hardest bit. With so many excellent posts to choose from picking just 4 is so difficult. My last round up was savoury dishes but the #CookBlogShare bloggers like their sweet stuff too and they like baking. Therefore, I have chosen 4 baking posts this week with a mixture of sweet and savoury dishes. You already know I'm a sucker for anything to do with baking!
Wholemeal and Rye Seeded Bread
Last week was Real Bread Week. Last year for real bread week, I posted my no-knead sourdough recipe which has proved very popular but this year I dropped the ball and failed to post a bread recipe - Shame on me. To make up for it I am sharing Hi-jacked by Twins Wholemeal and Rye Seeded Bread. How good does that look? and its not even been baked yet.
Minted Lamb Pies
With two savoury pastry dishes to choose from it was a hard call to make. Jo's Kitchen Asparagus and Cheddar Tart did look good but I thought you might think I was obsessed by asparagus at the moment - which I am but that's by the by. So, in the end I choose The Proper Foodie's Minted Lamb Pies because after reading her post I just wanted to go down to my kitchen and make them. That gravy looks so rich and delicious. It is only a matter of time before I cook this.
Rhubarb Crumble Cake
I discovered the Apply To Face Blog through #CookBlogShare a while back and ever since Jenny's humour keeps me coming back again and again. Her recipes are great too! Having a large rhubarb patch myself, her Rhubarb Crumble Cake really appealed to me. Crumble and Cake, what more could you want.
Baileys Cupcakes
I have already expressed my love of Baileys on Recipes Made Easy as a cooking ingredients (even though as a drink I'm not quite so keen). These Baileys cupcakes from Charlotte's Lively Kitchen definitely get my vote.
EASY PEASY FOODIE -TWO YEARS OF BLOGGING
This week #CookBlogShares very own Eb from Easy Peasy Foodie celebrated her second year of food blogging and she shared her 15 Highlights from her second year of blogging . It is a great read, so I couldn't let this pass without a special mention. Congratulations Eb on producing such a fabulous blog.

What a great baking round up Jacqueline, even as a vegetarian I have to confess that I'm even drawn to the minted lamb pie - it just looks soo good! And rounded off with the rhubarbcrumble cake would be simply bliss 🙂

Corina
I love your selection of recipes Jacqui but my absolute favourite would have to be Jenny's rhubarb crumble cake. I love rhubarb but I don't get to eat it enough because of its short season and because no one else in my family seems to appreciate it like I do!
Jacqueline Bellefontaine
Thank you Corina, I love rhubarb and luckily my family do too so theres plenty for me. Mu rhubarb seemed to keep giving last year so I am hoping its the same again this year. j x

Aw, Jacqui - thanks for giving my blogiversary post a mention - that's so kind of you!! You have chosen a great selection of recipes this week - I would happily have all of them, but if I had to choose, it would have to be those lovely lamb pies...goodness they look good! Hope you have a happy week hosting #CookBlogShare - so happy to have you in the team! Eb x
Jacqueline Bellefontaine
Thank you Eb it is great being in the team. I didnt feel such an occasion as your two year blogiversary should go un marked. So sorry I haven't had a moment to leave a comment on it myself yet (i have read it) but I will j x
Kate
Thanks for hosting! I love the look of all of those bakes. I imagine that lamb pie would be just perfect on a chilly winters night. I love all things rhubarb (and my dad grows lots of them on his allotment) so I must definitely give the rhubarb crumble cake a try. #CookBlogShare
