Tzatziki
Easy to make, tzatziki is a popular Greek dip. Serve with strips of toasted pitta bread or tortilla chips.

Ingredients

whole milk natural yogurt
1
clove
garlic
crushed
salt and freshly ground black pepper

cucumber

tablespoon
chopped fresh mint
lemon juice
to taste

Instructions
Place the yogurt in a bowl. Add the garlic and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cut the cucumber in half, scoop out and discard the seeds. Coarsely grate. Stir into the yogurt along with the chopped mint.
Add a squeeze of lemon juice, to taste. Allow to stand for at least 5 minutes before serving
