Ingredients

whole milk natural yogurt

clove
garlic
crushed
salt and freshly ground black pepper
lemon juice, to taste

Instructions
Place the yogurt in a bowl. Add the garlic and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add a squeeze of lemon juice to tase. Allow to stand for at least 5 minutes before serving
